Advanced Practice Nurse Manager will be responsible for directing and planning activities for Nurse Practitioners to ensure they perform efficiently, work to improve patient satisfaction and medical outcomes. The Advanced Practice Nurse Manager will be responsible for training, credentialing, supervising Nurse Practitioner students and be able to work in a staff capacity when needed. 

The Advanced Practice Nurse Manager will collaborate with Physician and Nursing leadership hospital wide, to ensure there is appropriate staffing of Advanced Practice Professionals throughout the hospital.  The Advanced Practice Nurse Manager will be an active member of the hospitals leadership team, and will be involved in hospital committees, performance improvement initiatives and hospital financial meetings.
