Hearth Management is seeking a creative Digital Graphic Designer to assist with marketing for 15 premier Senior Living Communities.
The Hearth seeks a creative Digital Graphic Designer to work with both print and electronic media. This individual will take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. They will create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media including infographics. They will put together disparate elements of design created by another professional such as the icons, photographs and other components to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goals. The will also consult with the marketing and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate culture and goals.
We are seeking a Digital Graphic Designer who is:
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Possesses an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work
Adaptive design eye and skill
Excellent communications skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related field required
Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation
Working knowledge of CCS3, HRML5 and JavaScript
Experience working with WordPress templates

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
