Hearth Management is seeking an individual to oversee IT operations for 15 premier Senior Living Communities in New York, Connecticut, Tennessee, and Indiana.

We are seeking an IT Coordinator responsibilities include:
Managing and providing hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.
Coordinating and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.
Maintaining information technology strategies by managing staff and researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
Is responsible for overall inventory, maintenance, and budget of computer hardware, software, printers, phones and office technology

A 4-year Bachelor degree in Information Technology preferred and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years? experience
Thorough knowledge of software and hardware technology such as: Windows OS, Client/Server LAN?s, VPN, Firewalls, RDP/MSTSC, PC Diagnostics and Repair
Good understanding of security risks and ways to avoid
Excellent analytical, communication, organization and prioritization skills
Ability to plan and organize
Good client management and goodwill building ability
Effective time management and logical decision making ability
Capacity to handle pressure
Strong focus on quality and cost control

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
